For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Powerhouse Fundraising include the Powerhouse Fundraising App. Powerhouse Fundraising is a Mobile App providing information and discount offers from third party merchants. From time to time, Powerhouse Fundraising may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. Such communication may include the availability of new school fundraising products containing access information for the App. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Powerhouse Fundraising or click on a link therein.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Powerhouse Fundraising, you may opt out of such communications by simply clicking to unsubscribe from the option provided in the email.
External Data Storage Sites
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
Delete Your Account
You may contact us at support@powerhousefundraising.com to request account deletion. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.
Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects and processes personal data, including identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Powerhouse Fundraising reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the App and/or Services available through this App after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
